Payment Policy

The conditions of payment will be specified in the contract or project proposal. Customers consent to paying the agreed-upon costs right away. Services might be suspended if payments are not made on time.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs to the client, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, and client-provided content. License agreements as specified in the project proposal or contract may apply to any work we produce especially for the client's project.

Throughout the project, any proprietary or sensitive information given will be kept secret by both the customer and ourselves.

Communication

For digital marketing strategies to be successful, there must be clear and open communication. To guarantee the project is carried out smoothly, both parties commit to answering calls, emails, and information requests as soon as possible.

Termination

If the other party violates any significant terms of the agreement, any party may end the agreement with written notice. Any unpaid payments will become payable upon termination, and the customer will receive any completed work at that time.
